50g- Indulgent Lemon Cake Tea
(Caffeine Free Fruit and Herb Tea),

Cup Characteristics: Fresh and light and sweet, zesty with a slight tart character.
Infusion: Light yellow.
Ingredients: Apple pieces, pineapple cubes (pineapple, sugar), lemon verbena, cream-caramel pieces (sweetened condensed skimmed milk, sugar, glucose, molasses, butter fat, wetting agent: sorbitol, emulsifying agent: mono- and diglyceride of edible fatty acids), flavouring, freeze-dried lemon granules (maltodextrin, fruit (lemon juice), natural lemon oil, gelling agent: sodium alginate), sweet blackberry leaves, marigold blossoms.

A few tips:
– Make ice lollies from the tea for your children to enjoy outside with their friends.
– In the evening after dinner, they can enjoy a warm beverage and you can enjoy a relatively peaceful moment as a family.
– Even better, you can share a pot together and listen to the tales of their day.
– If its just adults, you can add a little gin, rum or vodka to the cold brew to make a tasty cocktail.

Hot tea brewing method
Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of fruit tea per cup (and add 1 teaspoon for the pot) into the teapot. Pour boiling water into the pot and let it steep for 5-7 minutes (or longer – the longer the steeping time, the more intense the flavour becomes). Pour into your cup and drink.
Do not add milk – the milk will curdle due to the ingredients in this blend.

Try brewing the mix for a second time and perhaps add a little mint or ginger, slightly more sophisticated for the adults.

Cold tea brewing method
Make as for hot, but add extra tea – when the tea has cooled a little, pour over ice. It is important to make it a little stronger as the ice will water it down.
